Travel funds now show up in your account when you sign in! So much better than having to keep track of them by the cancelled flight details or whatever. Glad to see it finally done!

Yes! I was looking at this just this morning. I have yet to determine if travel funds will show if you modify a flight to a lower price point - as it is stated, it seems to only show travel funds for canceled flights.

Given this verbaige: "Starting December 3, 2019, if you include your Rapid Rewards number in your flight reservation, you will be able to view available travel funds from unused tickets, tickets cancelled in accordance with the No Show Policy, or tickets which have a residual balance." (emphasis mine), I think it should show all travel fund scenarios for anything after 12/3.
