Adding another person to itinerary

I have my flight booked and my wife is my Companion and hers is also booked.  Today, we found out my son may be able to join us.  Can I get him added (Pts purchase) to my itinerary without having to cancel everything and restart?

I do not believe there is way way to add a person to an exsiting itinerary.
