Cancellation issue

I booked a flight for

my son’s girlfriend under my account ( she is not a rapid rewards member) and they broke up so I’m wondering if

theres a way I can get the refund or flight credits rather than her?? Although her travel info doesn’t show up in my account, I can pull up her reservation via the confirmation number.

I'm afraid that once a ticket is issued That the only person who is eligible for a credit or refund is the ticketed passenger

You can have her book a WGA+ ticket then cancel and the funds become transferable the only thing that is required is the GF must be a RR member so if she won’t create an account then your SOL but it is illegal to create an account for her so hopefully it’s a peaceful breakup and you can ask nicely if she can create an account so you can get your money
