We booked a flight using RR for a 12/24 flight and today when I was checking in for our next flight I noticed that it is no longer on my app. I tried looking it up by my confirmation code and it said it was cancelled. When I called customer service they were able to see the flight and said all was ok. I don’t even see the flight as an option to book on current search. Is this a glitch or something else?

If the reservtion does not appear in your RR account and you cannot retrieve it by the confirmation number, then all is not OK.
Check you credit card to see whether or not Southwest actually charged you for the flight.

Did you by chance have another flight booked on the same day to the same destination? SW will cancel flights if they are such that there isn't a way you could travel on both.
