KTN Update

I was just approved for TSA Pre-Check and went to add my KTN to my booked flight as advised per the email...but now the KTN shows as "on file". I attempted to Re-Enter but received an error message. Just wondering if the new on file status means my KTN was automatically added to my current reservation?

If your KTN is listed in your RR profile, then it will automatically transfer to every reservation made with your RR number.
