I literally can not go to southwest.com on my computer, phone browsers, or southwest app. Others have been successful.

VPN? If so, disable it.
If currently connected to wifi, disconnect and use cellular.

I have this happen on a desktop while using a Chrome browser.I think there is an issue with the browser and my AVG AV software. I believe the AV has listed southwest.com as a purveyor
of things bad for my computer, so it blocks it.
I'm able to get in by using an alternate address for SW: iflyswa.com
which defaults to southwest.com
