Trying to book YT flight, not working

I’ve tried using the app and the website and it is not letting me book my flight, I’m 17 and my parents gave me all the information to do it and told me to haha. Website and app keeps giving me something along the lines of “Young Traveler reservations must be booked on Southwest.com” any help?

In Southwest's eyes you are not a young traveler. Just book a regular ticket.

Besides, there is not a special fare for young travelers, but there are special rules.

what i’m trying to say is, every time i click purchase it’s says “Ages between 12-17 are considered young travelers, book reservation at southwest.com” and i’ve tried going to the website it’s just not working

how far are you getting in the process of trying to buy a ticket?

1) see flights

2) select flight

3) enter traveler information

4) buy ticket

Maybe try the website from a computer (the full website) not the mobile app or mobile site since those are different

I think using the website (or calling) would do the trick too.
