Sometimes my kids fly alone and I book their tickets but when I log in to check on them it says, "you have no upcoming flights" even though they are both flying somewhere in 4 days. I can only see the flights if I search with the confirmation number from the email but that's a pain. Why aren't they just listed right on my account since I booked them and paid for them?

Your RR account will only show you flights that you are booked on. To see your kids flights you can create a RR account for them (which I recommend so they can earn points towards free flights) and when they are logged in you can see their flights. The other option is the look up reservation feature on the app/website where you enter their info. Unfortunately you can’t attach your kid’s reservation to your account even just for viewing

In my experience, what shows on your account is where you are a passenger on that same booking. If you book a flight for someone else, that shows on their account.
