Unable to log in error code 500120323

Hi all, I, trying to purchase some tickets today and can’t login or reach tech support. I enter my info and get error code 500120323. Nothing came up on a Google search either. Anyone seen this before or know whom to speak with?

Same here. My sister had the same problem trying to log in to her account as well. I ended up paying cash for my tickets because I didnt want to lose out on the flight.

I am also unable to log in to book using my desktop.  I tried with the app and was able to log in...and then it dropped me.

My guess is overloading due to the sale.  I'll try later!!

Amazon web services is having an outage, not sure if Southwest is tied up in that regard or not but I also had a similar error trying to rebook a flight with the sale price.

Same here - I just booked my travel now I can't get in.
