Trying to update my name on my tickets. I called customer service, and I was told I need to wait until the day of my travel and go to the ticket counter to update the name.
I told the customer service representative on the phone that is not what it said online. She was not nice and screamed at me and said, "no, you need to do it on the day of your travel."
