Disappointed that Southwest is not returning or crediting our Early bird, my wife and I had to cancel several trips, that is hard to believe with the Corona Virus, Southwest has always been the easiest to work with, but this policy of keeping our money during the Corona Virus that we cannot control is really hard to believe.

@jwbearman I encourage you to reach out to SW directly either on Twitter or Facebook; you can send them a direct message. I am not saying that they can resolve the issue, but since this a unprecedented time and since this is just a customer community, reaching out directly would be your best bet.
