Application for Entry Level position Denied

Hello, 

• I recently took the time to apply for an entry level position as an NOC Opps & Planning Specialist. I was very interested in this position as I am wrapping up my undergraduate degree. As soon as I applied my application was denied and I’m wondering if there is an email to contact HR/recruitment to look for similar opportunities. 
  
  
• Also I would like to know why I was instantly denied.

Instant rejects normally happen to to answering incorrectly such as:

are you willing to attend training in (insert city name here)

are you legally entitled to work in the US

Some jobs require applicants to live in a certain state. If you don't, it's an instnat reject

there are others.
