I saw this on another forum and wanted to know what exactly they monitor? Do they record your calls, or do they video record and monitor everything too? Do they record only calls when your on them or is there a constant monitoring of cameras and phone at all times even if not with customers?
"It is a great company to work from home and have great flexibility. Unfortunately for me it is too micromanaged. You only get 2 fifteen minute breaks which you can’t go over that time and a 30 minute lunch which you can’t go over either. Mandatory OT at times. Every step you’re being recorded"

When I worked at another company with a similar policy, it was recording any time on a call and generally they could observe outside of call times as well unless you were auxed out onto lunch or break or such
