I recently moved to Honolulu a few months ago and I applied for the customer service agent part time position in HNL with a referral from a WN employee. I have 22 years experience in the Airlines Industry in Airport Operations and Reservations with B6 and DL. What's the likelihood of getting an interview or do you post the job but higher within? How long does it take to here back from your Talent Acquisition Dept regarding my application? TIA

I'm another customer but active in the discussion forums so the only thing I can share is that the timing really seems to vary. I read of one person for a flight attendant position where the process took over a year from the time they applied but that seems like an extreme situation.
Good luck!

@hawaiilife66 your best bet is to always double check the status of your application on the dashboard. Also, make sure you are checking your email spam folder too for any communication that may come along from SWA.

Did you get a phone interview and face to face interview?
