I have been trying to get into a ramp position with southwest for years now. From going to job fairs to information sessions I have added recruiters on LinkedIn. When I apply I make it to the second round of interviews have what I believe to be good interviews and stay in contact through email. I have experience in this field as well, if someone could help me understand what requirements I’m not meeting that a high school graduate is could you please enlighten me.
