Destination 225 Letter of Recommendation

Hello, 

I have recently moved to the second stage of the D225 process. I am getting my letters  recommendation together and the people I asked to write them are wondering if there is some specific things that should be talked about or addressed in it. As in does it need to be more about work ethic or my experience around an airplane? They just want to make sure they say the necessary things and follow a format if there is one.  In advance thank you for answering the question I hope it is not too complex.

There's no specific topic or format that our Teams are looking for in those letters of recommendation.
