Hello Everyone!
I applied to a position as an Assoc Software Engineer (Job Id: R-2023-28508) on June 18, and I have still not received any communication. On the candidate home, the job status is still "In Process". I am aware that there is no exact time as to when an update will come and that the decision takes time, but I was hoping for a rough estimate. If anyone on the Southwest Airlines recruiting team could connect and hopefully provide some insight, that would be greatly appreciated.
