How long after the first interview would you hear back for a second interview?

I had my first interview on the phone and it been maybe two weeks now since I heard back from anything I looked on there with my application is still say in process it what else can I do?

If your dashboard currently “shows In process”, that’s a good thing. Try to practice patience, and I’m sure will hear something soon.
