I’m a previous ramp agent for Southwest. I was terminated in December 2023 due to my attendance. I reached 3 occurrences within my probation period. 2 were vehicle issues and one was a medical issue where I had to go out 911 on my way to work. Since my dismissal, I have gotten a new vehicle, and got all the necessary medical work to where I’m back at 100%
what are my odds of getting rehired? I loved that job. It was the only job I’ve held where I felt truly at home.
