I am trying to determine what roles I should apply for. I have about 2 years of professional experience as a software engineer. Am I better off applying for Software Engineer roles or Associate level roles? Does anyone know the yoe range for Southwest? The job postings aren't clear.
If you have experience as a software engineer, I would suggest you apply to that. I don’t work for SW, but that makes the most sense based off of your question.
