2 weeks ago I faxed a request to garnish the wages of a SW employee, to a number I had received from a SW Customer Representative. I was told the 1-800 number was the SW "garnishment hotline" (their words not mine). My request was accompanied by a court judgement as well as a court order allowing me to garnish the employee's wages. I have not heard from SW since then. I also tried opening a customer service ticket, and was told to (snail)mail my request or continue faxing. Is there a number or email address I can use to get a status on my request?

File a motion asking the judge to find Southwest in contempt of court. Send a copy of the motion to Southwest.
