Hello!
I have a Southwest flight next week 2/14/2020 that is booked under my maiden name. I recently changed my name after getting married. Yesterday I faxed the Rapid Rewards department my old and new drivers licenses and a copy of my marriage certificate. I called customer relations today to see how long it would take for the change to take into effect, but the sales rep said it could take up to 30 days. Is there anything I could do in the mean time to expedite this process so as not to cause a headache with TSA next week?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Gabrielle

30 days seems excessive. You might want to try contacting Southwest on social media to see if they give you a faster response time. Twitter and Facebook work well.
