Hi
The only way you can get a refund to your credit card is if you purchased a Anytime or Business Select ticket and you would have had to select refund to card at the time you canceled. If you purchased a Wana Get Away ticket you will have a credit to use that's good for one year from the date of purchase. You also would have received a email when you canceled and you want to remember the conformation number you canceled because that's what your credit it linked to to use for future flights.
