Hi, I had flew with Southwest at Oct, 2016 and lost my luggage during the trip. Trip was from San Francisco - Las Vegas. I made report and finally get the outcome from Southwest that they're agreed to compensate my lost. According the letter, the check shall be issue after 10 days letter issued. But till now, i yet receive the check. Am wondering how's the compensate to be pay? FYI, am Malaysian. Will WY courier the check all the way to Malaysia?

Yes, typically the check will be sent by postal service. If you'd like to speak with a Customer Representative who can review your service request and provide a little more insight, you can call 1-855-234-4654. I'm sorry to hear that your bag was lost - I know that's a really frustrating situation.
