I have not been a SW customer, but now I AM. I have flights from Hawaii.

If I hear of a penalty for any employee for this saying, I don't care if you cancel my flight, because I will change my mind about supporting SW.

Doubtful you will ever hear what, if anything, happens to the pilot.
"Southwest is conducting an internal investigation into the recently reported event and will address the situation directly with any Employee involved while continuing to remind all Employees that public expression of personal opinions while on duty is unacceptable. Southwest does not tolerate any behavior that encourages divisiveness."
