Does Southwest allow you to switch tickets to another person? My boss & I have a convention to go to, something has come up that he is not able to go. Can he switch his ticket to another person?

I would also like to know the answer to this as my passenger is not able to make the trip that I booked and would like to not have the funds spent go to waste. I have someone else that is available to take the spot.

Hi
The answer is no. Your ticket is refundable if you purchased a "Anytime Ticket" or "Bussiness select" Ticket.

Hello
unfortunately tickets can't be reassigned once ticketed. You can always cancel and he will have a credit to use within a year from ticket purchase or if you bought the anytime or business select fare you can get a refund.
happy travels
