Hi,
My husband and I fly fairly often on Southwest. Recently with weather issues we have had to reschedule our flights and were told within the Southwest App that we would be refunded differences in fares. I haven't seen them show up on the credit card statement, so am assuming they are available as "unused travel funds". How can I tell what, if any, unused travel funds we have?
Thanks,
M

Hello
to see what unused funds you have you would need the confirmation number and you go to https://www.southwest.com/flight/travel-funds-search.html
if you dont have have the confirmation number you can call southwest at 800-435-9792 and and they can search by credit card so if you know which card you used to pay for those tickets they should be able to pull up the funds.
hope this helps

FYI: They won't look up travel funds using a credit card anymore. 😞
From the website:
Customers calling Southwest to request a refund or to research travel funds for a specific ticket must provide their confirmation number, ticket number or flight information (date, origin and destination).

they looked up my travel fund by phone in customer relations a few weeks a go wonder when that policy changed.
either way the website is the easiest way since you won't have to wait on hold

Did you mean to say "by credit card?"
I believe if you're a RR member it's easier, but hopefully your experience indicates that the policy (enacted as part of the booking systems changeover last year) isn't being strictly applied just yet.
(FYI: You have to have the confirmation number to look up travel funds on the website -- we were discussing how to find them when you don't have that.). 😉
