Our flight has been canceled and will will not fly out of Boston for the next 4 days. We are a family of 4 and are thinking an Airbnb would be better for our family. What is southwest policy on what they cover, I was told at the southwest desk that they will cover hotel, food, transportation but want to make sure this will not come out of pocket.

SW said it will reimburse ":reasonable" expenses incurred. I don't think anyone knows any more than that. Keep your receipts.
