Hi,
I really don't get it. I booked a flight on 12/4, and cancelled on 12/6.
Now, I tried to book a new flight but can not find it. The following is the website I used to check it. I entered all methods, like with space, no space, capital or no capital. It doesn't work. Any further suggestion. I really feel frustrated.

Assuming
you did not use travel funds to make the reservation ...
Find either the e-mail confirming the reservation
or the email confirming the cancellation of the reservation
to retrieve your confirmation number and passenger name
and then use these.
A common error in typing in the confirmation number is to use an "O" (oh) instead of a "0"
(zero) or vica versa. You might want to copy the confirmation number from the e-mail and then use the copy.

But while booking a flight and put all the same information in the payment page, it shows the following errors.

Finnally, I figured out what's going on.
My name is for example,
first name: Trevor John
last name: Lin
However, in southwest system, it treats my name like
first name: Trevor
middle name: John
last name: Lin
So, during the payment page, those name fileds in "who is flying" should be entered like this.
first name: Trevor
middle name: John
last name: Lin
And, while apply the travel fund, I only need to input
confirmation#
first name: Trevor
last name: Lin
(no middle name needed)
