I am losing my mind with southwest. I booked a vacation and 48 hour later the price dropped by $200. I used the chat and called, and both people straight up lied to me and told me the price was actually higher. I sent an email to customer service along with a screen shot of the pricing. I have heard from them. Today, the price is even lower.
I am traveling with 5 other parties, and they all got credit or even a cash refund for the difference. Is there a secret to getting a hold of someone who can actually help at southwest, or do you just have to hand up and call back over and over again?

i think the key thing you said is that you booked a vacation. if so, that means you need to talk with southwest vacations which is a totally different company than southwst airlines.
