@kandoy I am sorry to hear about the theft of your items out of your luggage. It is no question on who did it. You know who did it. MSN said the recent theft of passenger's items are to be blamed on employees of American Airlines for theft. I can honestly say that someone at Southwest Airlines did the stuff to you. Anyone, I don't care who, but can be anyone who can do that to you. I don't care how loyal the employees are anymore. By the way, you can pretend being a detective going to see the landlord and make a inquiry of the tenants who lives at the apartment who happens to be a employee of SWA. And on my last note, if you look for their car that hold for a clue: SWA sticker or placard.

@anlmrl64 I totally agree with you, yes, I did saw that on the World News on ABC yesterday and I was totally appalled. This is not the first time nor it was isolated incident. I was afraid for flight attendant's safety. Kudo to the flight attendant that discovered it. I have heard numberous of case like camera hidden in public restroom. It is no question. I mean, it happens at the dressing room, locker room, and everywhere! Especially at your home with your parents. One case in Illinois: A step-daughter discover a thin wire and further more she traced to learn that she found a camera connected to wire and quietly told her mother. I know some people who done desperate that kind of act try to maintain their innocent trying to shrug off by denying any actions. When I moved in my place, I did throughly check every rooms for hidden camera with detector. It is no questions and took me nearly two days searching for the hidden camera/micrphone. I don't believe what dfwisker's comment as far I am concerning about constantly hidden camera that violated a person's right without written paper, consent by verbally, and so on. It is EVERYWHERE!

@Heitz It is probably some passengers are no longer having their confidence and they might switched to another carriers. If they are not sastified with SW, it is their choice not to fly sw and move on other carriers. This might explains on why there are no more nonstops.

@Chv I am so sorry to hear about the unfriendly incident. I have been hearing few passengers claimed that the FA has becoming unfriendly lately. I honestly don't know what is going on and I firmly believed that they possible are under stress lately. I probably would have switched to another airlines. For a better services.

@Jtravel I would amazed if bags purchased the tickets to buy a seats for their flight, I would of leave them alone, other than that, I would confront the passenger to....... wait a minute! Didn't the airline allows more than two bags per passenger or did the passenger paid for more than two bags? I would love to confront the passenger by throwing their bags out of the seat, There is no excuse for holding the seats with bags. More than two bags should be in cargo. Sick peoples!

Wow! That a quite of last minute experience you had. I do recalled one of my friends, who had their flight cancelled and wasted no time finding another aircraft carrier and arrived his home airport 30 minutes earlier. This had me thinking on why they cancelled instead of delay. Their inability to do their jobs. I had many reason to believe, that they can't do well with phone interview while I was sitting waiting for their call, instead of call, they text messaged me claimed that they "tried" to call me. There is no excuse for them not doing the jobs. I am so sorry, I had to post this since I have been watching customers' bad experience with southwest.

@Nicolay It is true! This happened to me a few years back. I had a bad experience with the recuriter. I did waited for a hour for them to call us back. Instead of them calling us, they left us text message claimed that they did tried to call us and left a message. The truth in reality: They didn't wants to bother calling and left a text messages. How sad.

@antevalente for some apparently reason why the SWA block the ip for international is becuse for some security reasons. You know how the hacker are doing one of these day and I firmly believe that the SWA are doing to protects the cyber threats such as hijacking of SWA customers' accounts and so on. Lately there has been alot of breaches with the companies and SWA are doing efforts protecting their customers' vital valuables.
