I took a closer look, and I see that you applied to the Orange County/Santa Ana (SNA) Customer Service Agent position back in February. Looking at your Aircraft Appearance Technician (ATL), when asked the screening question "Are you authorized to work in the U.S. or will you have authorization to work in the U.S. by date of hire?" your answer was "no". This answer disqualified your application, as US work authorization is required for this role!

Depending on the position, those time off requests can vary a bit! For our Ground Operations positions at our stations, there is a way to request time off in advance! There are also opportunities to shift trade or coordinate with your Cohearts to get a shift covered - our Ground Operations Teams are pretty crafty in making their schedules work. 😊

If you're looking to reapply, you might try using a different email address. The email address associated with that application and contingent offer ends in @sbcglobal.com. Your Recruiter followed up on May 4 via email, advising of a final attempt to get in contact in order to move you forward in the process. Since our Team still didn't hear a response from you, your application was removed from the process. An update of this was sent via the same email address on May 8.
We're so sorry for any confusion or disappointment surrounding this process.
