I totally agree with you I have been posting about the unfair treatment of there A-list and A-list preferred members for a while now but get no satisfaction from SWA they don’t care about us just the bottom line money that’s why I haven’t flown them in a long time I have taken Delta where I get upgraded to first class all the time or business class and I don’t really have a lot of points with them but still get treated as a person not just money!!! SWA needs to stop open seating and give seat numbers it would fix 80% of the complaints they get. And if I was you I would fly another airline that takes care of there frequent flyers!!!!!

I made the mistake of booking another flight with Southwest to Chicago this morning I had A-21 which is ok but there were 7 people in wheel chairs to preboard. And also there was a big group that wanted to upgrade there tickets A1-15 so in good old Southwest fashion they took all the peoples money and gave out double and triple boarding numbers to people!! This airline S—KC s so much if you are a business flyer and you fly this airline there is something very wrong with you when you can fly other airlines and get better treated for your time and loyalty!!!!!!!!!

Hello I posted a discussion on boarding a couple of weeks ago and I appreciate everyone’s feedback I see my frustration is a lot of people’s frustration with Southwest!! We all know they monitor are discussions but we never get any feedback from them on this discussion!! We are there loyalist customers but refuse it guess to acknowledge the problem.. we’ll i got a new one today I am currently sitting on a Southwest flight from St. Louis to Tampa my home well this flight a southwest employee and two guest got to preboard before everyone else along with a couple with children that preboarded common Southwest time to fix your problems!!! You want to make your loyalist flyers happy then do something like maybe if you are A- List Preferred then give us a 1-15 boarding number give us something for being loyal!!!!!!

Hi, I am a A-list Preferred customer I fly Southwest 90 percent of the time. Lately it is becoming really ridicules the amount of pre-boards getting on the plane with wheel chairs then when the plan lands they run off the plane. Today I am on a flight from Vegas to Tampa and a whole family of 5 people pre boarded with nothing wrong with them I believe Southwest needs to start boarding these people after the A-group!! I am going to stop flying Southwest and fly Delta they don't have this problem and there Sky Priority people are taken care of. Southwest needs to do something about this and maybe I will fly with them again in the future!!!!
