Hello, I applied for the call center position here in Chicago two days ago. How long does the process take for me to get a response? Also, I never got a confirmation email because I entered the incorrect email but I updated it. How can ensure that I receive emails from a recruiter?

Hi @JC34, Thank you for your continued interest in Southwest Airlines! I can confirm that it is normal for the job requisition number to not match the original number. That happens as part of our recruiting processes. We look forward to hopefully seeing your resume again in the future.

Most openings that have that requirement say "12 months from the day of your interview", I would take it to mean the furthest interview you got to in the process. So for you, your F2F interview. So 1 year from your actual interview date.

Hello my name is Lisa Polk. I am requesting information about being a Flight Attendant at Southwest Airlines. I have been applying for 2 yrs to no avail. If anyone has information about how I can apply and get my resume in please let me know. I am and have managed for over 20 years. I move to Vegas 2 yrs ago with the hope of working for Southwest. I have used their service for many years. I have great customer service experience and believe this is my calling. Any information will greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance
