Hi @AshleyBoAshley, That would be a no. All the seats onboard our aircraft are the same size. The only difference between some are the leg room space. Business Select only means that you upgrade your boarding pass to get on the plane sooner and get to pick the seat you want before everyone else gets on board. So business select is the boarding groups "A1 - A15"

Hello @sarahcworden! Don't fret about asking more questions! We welcome them. You are actually elgible for family boarding! BUT: If you and your family already have an "A" boarding group, STAY in that que as you will be getting on before our family boarding! IF you do not have an "A" boarding group: You may board with your family after the "A" group and before the "B" group as your children are 6 and younger. "An adult traveling with a child six years old or younger may board during Family Boarding, which occurs after the “A” group has boarded and before the “B” group begins boarding. If the child and the adult are both holding an “A” boarding pass, they should board in their assigned boarding position." -Boarding Page Here As for the early bird special, it must be purchased 36 hours PRIOR to your flight, as this is where most passengers get confused as they check in and the early bird status gets implemented on your return flight.

Hello @ethanscott I cannot give you a definite answer as I do not work for this department and answering the question on a personal experience basis. You may always call and inquire about the status of the application. The waiting period for me was roughly 6 months. Phone number is 1 800-435-9792

Hello @ReceJ, Usually when they close the position after they have recieved enough applicants, the option to view the status will disappear for a little while as they view and sort through the requests. It is usually viewable within the next few months after they have chosen interviewees. Don't be alarmed when it disappears, the dept just needs to close the application process so there isn't an overwhelming amount of applications being pushed on them. You should be notified by email as well in the coming weeks requesting a phone interview if you made it past the beginning process, if not it should be updated through your portal! Good Luck!

Hello @socajones ! Asking for the preboarding service is really simple and easy! There are two ways at which you can attain PRBD. First is at first check in when you first get to the airport at our full service ticket counter. The second method would be after you reach the gate you can talk to one of our CSA's at the gate desk and they will be more than happy to assist you on giving you the service you need!

Your booking will have the type of aircraft you will be flying on in a model number like "73H" - "73W" etc. "73W" - Our 737-700's Plane which holds a max of 143 passengers. "73H" - Our 737-800's which is our semi new planes which holds a max of 175 passengers "738 - 7M8" Our Max 8 Aircraft which is our newest line of aircraft, which also holds 175. We do not have assigned seating as all of our flights have open seating, but we have rows of three and two row sets. Excluding our emergency exit rows which have a row of two.

If you booked your flight but did not purchase early bird or have not purchased business select. You can upgrade your boarding to A1-A15 for 40$ if the space is avaliable. If you paid the complete fair, you MAY be able to upgrade to business select for a smaller price, but again, with space avalibility. It's like a last minute clearance sale for a better boarding position to fill up the business select seating for those who did not select to purchase it prior to booking/checking in for their flight!

It means that you have been reviewed and possibly added to the "hire pool". There's no guarantee to this answer. But if you are selected to move on, you will receive a call from the recruiter and notifed by email. So all that can be said is be patient and see if you made the lucky few! Good Luck!
