Unfortunately, if you received an email saying that you will not be moving forward, I would think that you are no longer a potential candidate. As for your dashboard, I’m sure the system just needs to be updated.

@ntbadel I have experienced the same issues you are currently living through. My best advice to you is take a deep breath and be as kind as possible to the SW employee you speak to. I can imagine how frustrated you must feel especially now that it is impacting your family. Trust me... being kind, but disappointed will get you farther then just being irate and angry. Also, if you have Twitter, send them a DM. My experience has always been stellar, and I am responded to within minutes. Good luck to you, and hope you get to your destination without anymore issues.

As long as you put safety and people first, believe in service, and love to travel during your interview, actual “training” before applying is not mandatory. @Miichelle14 if your dashboard still reads as “submitted “, you still have an opportunity to be chosen for an interview. Practice patience, and keep in mind that this is a slow and long process. Good luck!

@Taylorm197 based off of business needs, SW hires at certain airports when there is a need. I would think that a transfer might apply to a current employee if the opportunity becomes available. Since you currently do not work for SW, your question regarding a transfer does not apply. You first need to work for SW, then I’m sure there is a waiting period before you can even request a transfer.
