Hi there. I fly about 60 SWA flights a year. In 2018, I earned A-List Preferred for my number of flights flown. Since I have a ton of RR points, I am using some for my typical weekly travel (total of 6 flights). Will these count towards my A-List preferred status? I know they are not tier points, but does a flight booked with RR points count toward A-List 50 flight qualification? Thanks!

I have started traveling weekly for work and might hit the qualifications for CP each year. If I make CP this year, which lasts through 2020, and requalify through travel in 2020, will my CP extend to 2021?

I have been a loyal SWA fan for years. When booking travel for my company, I almost exclusively book on SWA and my family rarely flies any other airline. I now commute to work between Detroit-Dallas, so I made A-List fairly quickly and will be ALP by the end of 2018. I keep reading about promotions people are receiving for quick ways to earn CP, bonus RR points, and so on. However, I have never received a promo invite. It is pretty disappointing since I fly SWA roundtrip every single week. Hey Southwest, where's the LUV for your loyal A-Listers? I am super loyal to Southwest, even though Delta is a hub in Detroit (often less expensive and more non-stop flights). Would love a good promo to reward the loyalty. Anyone know of tricks to find promotions or to get on the promotions list?

I find the Low Cost Calendar on the SWA website super helpful. In some cases, just shifting your dates by a week or two can make all the difference. But yes, SWA fares are not as low as they once were. I now fly out of Detroit and the nonstops are nonexistent. 😢
