@donhoon I think you made a good points, however, in recent years, there was several passenger who became intoxicated resulting consuming alcohol and causing some disruptive behaviors. I know few times when I hears the news breaks out telling us that the passenger was removed due to intoxication. I firmly have many reason to believe that they are changing it to a weaker beers to prevent from this happening again in the near future. On the other hands, the passengers may have consumed the beer at the airport bar and becoming irrated when they are being denied a boarding a plane. It is they safety concerns for passenger and the crews and they felt that changing the low quality of a beer to prevent it from happening again in the future. I hope this helps.

@erinmarie28 I am so sorry to hear about the bad experience that you have endured. From my point of experience on "Emergency Exit" rows, the main reason is that; If anyone do not have a physcial ability to perform a simple function should not be sitting on exit row. Believe me, when this comes to a situation in event of emergency that takes in place. One must have the ability to open the emergency exit door and courage the others to evacuate the plane. In other hands, I am sorry that the attendant treated you unfairly, you might wants to contact Southwest customer complaint department at: 1 (800) 435-9792. Hope this will helps.

@RGVflyboy That is a tricky thing that the SWA tried on many applicants. Believe me. Now, I supposed if you applied for any position for SWA, make sure that you copied any information that you apply(s) for any online job. Have it printed on paper from on-line, this is your defense aganist SWA being fraud. Have you checked the SWA portal employment pages? If so, check to make sure that you have applied previousy, if not. I would suggest that you contact the SWA office. I have the similar, not the SWA, but ATS.. Believe me. It is the fraudulence.

From my person belief that you should get the reciept from source of third party and I will never us that kind of party in order for me to get reciept. Hope this will help.

@Vapor6 I agree with your comments you left a few days ago about your opinions. There is no guarantee about the purchase along with the early bird services. So, can I say "Amen"? Hopes things goe well.. I also stay away from spirit airlines, cause of the worse services when it comes to the employees. That is the truth. There will be another name brand airlines that may provide the best services for you hopefully.

@desnda93 Wow! I am so lost that you haven't flown like what!?!? 23 years? That is a long time, but let's get back to your point you were asking. Yes, a small purse do count as carry on. The last time I checked was the purse does count as carry-on. I found this articles as someone were asking a question about quality of counts of bags that can be carried for free: Two bags. Here is the quote from Mister Guru: Southwest Airlines (WN) allows 1 carry-on bag and 1 personal item (purse, briefcase, laptop bag) per passenger fee free. Carry-on should not exceed the following size and weight restrictions: 50 linear inches (24 x 16 x 10 in) or 127 centimeters (61 x 41 x 28 cm) including handles and wheels. Excerpt from seatguru's website. Hopefully this helps you, have a wonderful Sunday!

you might want to ask lindsey for your help. I highly doubt she would help you. This is not my first time I ever heard many customer complaining about the inflight Wi-Fi that are not working. At my vantage point, I bought myself a dvd movie, so I don't have to worry about paying 8 dollars for Wi-Fi that is not working and lose the money. Uhmm, might wants to buy Gary a new router and he might install on one of the aircraft. Hoping this will work again on the next flight...s.m.h.

@gypsiedeb Oh, good questions. I don't have a back ground as a flight attendant, just a ramp agent. But mine was extremely difficult due to my hearing impairment and find the f2f phone calls with the help of my daughter. The recuriter was very rude ignoring me and my daughter. Did filed a complaint and the reruiter later apologize. I did had a interview and they turned me down... Just try to be postive and upbeat when it come to interview. Good luck with it.
