@Passenger1C No I haven’t heard anything. But no rejection letter either. There where a total of four interviews and three positions open, me being the strongest candidate. I hope all is well with my background and employment references. Positivity is key.

@Passenger1C Unfortunely I have not. I am maintaining positivity and hoping no news is good news. My dashboard status is “under review “ for three weeks and counting. No rejection letter or no invite to pre employment drug test. I may be over exaggerating but in my eyes I meet the requirements of having a “valid license “. Plus I’ve never had any trouble landing high security jobs after my run in with the law. Fedex to be exact.

@Bella12 Stay persistent. Anything worth having isn’t easy to obtain. I personally would start on YouTube and view videos that give tips on the entire process. IMO I answer those questions based on what I feel they want to hear. It’s been 3 weeks since my interview and fingerprints and still no answer. Keep hope alive, positivity is a state of mind.

I’m currently in that same boat as well. I recently interviewed on 12/14/18, I was fingerprinted after my f2f. I emailed my recruiter inquiring about an update. She said I’d hear something by the first week of January. My dashboard still saids under review. Fingers crossed and prayers sent. Good luck everyone!

@DfDrPepper_23 Yes I read it also, my offense is nonviolent or theft related. It wasn’t present on the list of offenses the SWA deems you unfit for employment. As far as my MVR, one of the prerequisite for my position is to simply have a valid license. With that being said do you think my experience and great interview will win them over?

I think excited would be an understatement. My two main concerns would be a misdemeanor charge from 3 years ago. It’s not on the list of crimes that disqualifies me from employment. The second being, my driving record. Although my license is valid, I recently obtained two speeding tickets. Do you think these will disqualify me?

I applied for material specialist on 11/29. Had my f2f interview on 12/14. Due to my successful interview, I was fingerprinted shortly thereafter. Followed up interview with a short letter inquiring about the status of my app. I was told that the process is still acting and should hear something the first week of 01/2019. The status is still reading under review, and I haven’t heard anything. Has anyone have this happen to them and still get the job? Thanks
