Sterling talent solutions told me my background check was completed July 31st. I did my f2f interview July 17th and did my drug test the next day. I just checked my dashboard and the part time ramp position in Phoenix, AZ isn't showing anymore. I got the contingent offer of employment letter the day of my f2f interview. Is it bad if the position is no longer on my dashboard? And when should I hear back from southwest about a training date and if I passed my background. (I don't have any criminal charges just a few speeding tickets)  ... View more

@Bella12 Anyone can take classes at a JC so yes, you can take a Travel & Tourism class. You can always call and speak to the Administration at a JC for more details.    Just remember to stay positive, and don’t let anyone’s comments about the struggle to land a job with SWA hinder you.
