So last year around January or February I applied for the Freight/Cargo agent position at LAX. I went thru the whole interview process,got a job offer, passed my fingerprints and background check and even got my security badge for the airport. Then the shutdown happened at the end of March and at 1st they delayed my start date b4 ultimately having to pull my job offer completely K was bummed but understood why they had to do that. A few days ago I saw that the position was open again and I immediately applied again, my question is when they pull up my application can they see how far I was in the process or it a start from scratch situation

Ok so its been awhile since I posted anything quick update last year right before the pandemic started I got hired by Southwest as a Freight Agent at LAX I had my security badge and everything the only thing I needed was my start date and then the shutdown happened and 1st they delayed my start date before eventually having to take my job offer away.... fast forward to now the same position was posted on the careers page I applied again but does anybody know of there's anyway I can just pick up where I left off or do I have to do the whole interview process again??

I appiled online on January 20th I got the phone interview on the 29th and then the F2F interview on February 19th and got emailed a job offer on February 20th I just went for fingerprints today and now just waiting on my background check to clear to get my start date

One thing I will say is you definitely need to work their core values of the Warrior Spirit Having a Servants heart and having a fun luving attitude into your interview answers I think that was what put me over the top

I felt like I did a MUCH better job on this interview than I did the 1st one we talked a lil bit about the background check process and when the training would start so I def have my fingers crossed I get this one!!!

Dont give up fam I was in the same boat as you in December had the interview and got the rejection email 3 days later like you I was so crushed but here I am about 2 months later and I have another interview with Southwest tomorrow just keep grinding we will both get there soon

Hey was wondering if anybody could help me I applied for the full time CSA position at the Burbank airport on November 6th I did a phone interview on December 5th and a F2F interview on December 16th unfortunately 4 days later I got an email saying I wasnt selected to move forward but when I login into my dashboard the position still says "under review" as of today January 6th do I possibly still have a chance or is it just wishful thinking on my part???
