I got a start date from my recruiter but idk what happens after that. How soon would I go into training in Dallas after getting a start date?

Hi! I just got an email stating I passed employment screening and I was given a start date. So...I haven't gotten anymore details back from my recruiter, but what's the process after I get a start date? I'm so excited this is really happening!!!!

Hi. I'm am wondering what the dress code is for customer service agents, and if it's possible to wear tennis shoes? From what I observed all the customer service agents wear all black shoes. I'm trying to plan ahead for myself if it all works out to get that position.
