I likely won't qualify past June 2021 without a credit card boost but if I apply for this card now, it will only help get status for the rest of 2021, correct? If I wait for a (likely less generous) credit card offer in early 2021, than the points from that will help qualify both for the rest of 2021 and 2022, correct? Thanks No guarantees about what I am about to say -- There have always been lots of credit card boosts. I would not expect that to change. Since the thresh hold to qualify for P went up to 150,000 points, there have been several 65,000 point boosts. That being said, your two options are 1) Qualify this year and only get a 6 month extension to your existing CP status ..or. 2) Try to qualify next ear and get the balance of next year and all of 2022 as a CP holder. I've been advising people to pick option 2

On a 700, drink service begins with rows 1, 9 & 17. On the larger, 175-seat 800, it's 1, 9, 16 & 23. This can vary a row or two depending on load, as FAs try to divide up the plane evenly. Personally, I've usually found the best drink service to be beginning with row 9, since the flight attendants handling the front and rear of the plane often also deal with snack distribution. This of course can also vary depending on individual crew preferences. 😉
