I called yesterday about travel funds expiring from this COVID nightmare travel year. Southwest said No extension! No voucher! Remember I’m a good customer $10,000 budget to fly each year, 75 flights last year during COVID . my lost of $900 in funds will be SW lost! I book flights on United and other airlines using Expedia getting better pricing and flight times it’s been the best loss that could ever happen. I don’t change my flights and I don’t even carry bags on the plane. It works ….

New policy is no extension, no voucher! I called yesterday! I used the funds to buy a expensive one way ticket! all money and flights purchased on other airlines going forward! $10,000 in airfare a year for the next 3 years! I booked better times and prices are cheaper! I don’t change my flights and I don’t carry bags on the plane! no not be mad change airlines! They showed me! Better time and cheaper….

Your screwed! They don’t care! Never spend anymore money with SW. I asked yesterday to extend my due date 30 days, they said NO! Just buy the most expensive one way ticket to get your miles. Give your miles away and book flights on other airlines. I have $800 in credits … I speed $10,000 a year in airfare going forward and change credit cards… I just signed up with Frontier and the fares are cheaper better flight times and their rewards program looks very good. I didn’t need the two back three and I don’t miss any flights. Thank you to Southwest for sitting on their best customers

I agree! all over $76 dollars! They SW refused to extend my one year expiration date by 30 days over two $45 ticket. Bad business. You and I are frequent fliers. We’re not criminals but we are treated like criminals. We are the airlines frequent fliers. I booked flights and other airlines yesterday and going forward . The 10,000 I spent a tear on airfare is going towards other airlines going forward.

I was seated at the window and the flight person place a large dog and owner in may row. No mask on the dog that was touching my person. i asked if the dog could have its own row and I was told “the dog has priority over people and I would have to move. I quickly moved to a different row. I don’t expect the airline to do anything so I have been moving my weekly flights to other airlines as much as possible to prevent the repeat of the same treatment. Does anyone else have a opinion.
