i don't expect to get treated any different than other Rewards members or passengers. I thought that SW might move the credit over to the purchaser. Since the policy is already written to address this circumstance, I have to consider how I book future tickets for minors. Just so happens that I didn't know of the policy before hand.

I booked and paid for one-way tickets for my 2 minor granddaughters and the price decreased, so I re-booked at the lower fare. The difference was a savings of $36.00 for each ticket. Since I'm a SWA rewards member, I should be able to get the refunded amount added to my account. These girls won't be traveling anytime soon, so that $72.00 will be forfeited back to SWA. I appealed to customer service but they are refusing to give the credit to me. Shame on you SWA. This is BAD business. I'm not going away silent!
