Are you on active duty? You won't be able to work both unless you are in the Guard or Reserves.
Once you are hired there has to be a position open at the station you want to transfer to.

You need lots of patience. Keep applying for positions that interest you. They review applications in the order they were received by hand. They do not have a software program to weed them out. That's why it takes so long. Sometimes you will get an email that says they reached the number of applicants they needed and that they didn't review yours. That is not a rejection. They didn't even get to yours so keep applying. If they say you will have an email or response in a week or two, it will be longer, much longer.

I start in PHX on April 18th.
Today I received a call to set up my SIDA badge appointment and to tell me that on Monday April 11th I would receive the welcome package email. I will be at the PHX badging office on the 13th maybe I'll meet some of you. 18 of us are starting in PHX on the same day. I can't wait to meet you. Supposedly everyone should be getting their calls today also.

I’ll be an ops agent in PHX. My start date is the 18th. I signed my on boarding package (I9 and policy ) last week. Im waiting to hear the exact time and place to be on the 18th. Also waiting on badging info.

its a hurry up and wait process. I applied Jan 28 and received a similar email that said I would hear again by Feb 11. I didn’t hear anything until Feb 28.
be patient, at least you know they are reviewing your resume. They do it in the order they were received and by hand. They don’t use computers software.

The email had login information and then several documents to sign. I9 and several policies. I’m still waiting to here from the station (PHX) to find out about badging and exactly where and what time to show up on the 18th.
At my interview I was told 8 hour days 5 days a week. You will work the same shift as your trainer once you start OJT.

After my drug/fingerprints I received an email with the formal offer and a generic schedule of training. Almost two weeks after that email I received my on boarding email.
Training
Week one is at the airport in “classroom”. Weeks 2-3 are OJT. After that you go to Dallas. The amount of time your in Dallas depends on your job. I’m an ops agent so just 5 days. Then you return for more OJT.

Hello,
I received my cjo on 3/4 and did my fingerprints/drug testing on 3/8. I didn't hear anything again until 3/18 telling me my start date and to expect an on boarding packet in 5-10 days. I received the on boarding packet on 3/30. I start on 4/18.

I received it yesterday. It did say they were having technical difficulties and some emails didn’t reach people.
I would recommend reaching out to the person who you last received an email from on Friday if you still don’t have anything by then.

In the email I received there was an attachment that had a brief description of what to expect. 2-3 weeks at the airport before we go to Dallas. Ops agents are there for 5 days. I believe CSA's are there for 10 or so.
