Southwest has been trying to make it right, even with giving refunds (which, FWIW, you are entitled to anyway when Southwest cancels your flight - but you are not entitled to a refund if they reroute you and you actually take the flights you are assigned). --Jessica

Had the same experience yesterday, eaitvtknrs are ridiculous! Why, because they sold flights they should not have. Don't book flights until you know you are staffed for it.
