I literally logged into my account and pulled that screenshot from there this morning under "buy points" but I didn't go further in the process. Here's further in JUST NOW. The first one was from them without me filing a complaint apparently, which I did anyway once I got home. The second one was directly from me filing a complaint. It seems that they would both be the same but apparently not. I ended up with $250 worth of vouchers, but my flight was delayed by nearly 6 hours, arriving at my destination at 2 am. I had to book a hotel instead of driving through the middle of the night to home. I guess I still came out ahead but it was a hassle nonetheless.

One of my flights was canceled. I received a LUV voucher. Should the person traveling on my companion pass receive one as well?
