Hi Friends,
I have accepted a role as a customer relations rep, and my training is 7 weeks long and starts in April..I graduate in Mid May, and was wondering if PTO could be used or requesting off would be an option to attend my actual graduation ceremony? 😄 Is there a probationary period after training that we can't/shouldn't request off? I am super excited! 😄

@wacowgirl Thanks so much and I am wishing you the best of luck! I am keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully we will be Cohearts, as what a great company SWA would be to work for! How are you going to go about if the first interview offers you a position before you are able to conduct the second interview? Are you going to ask them if you can consider it first and let them know you have another interview? Hope you don't mind me asking!

So I applied for a role as a business support specialist and my application went from Received Submission, to i total resume review, and now is in progress…what does this exactly mean? I haven’t gotten an email or interview or even phone screen or anything, so I am really wondering what could be next? I am super anxious, excited and hopeful of becoming a coheart! Hoping someone can help me figure this out, as I can’t stop thinking about it! Thanks 🙂

Hello Friends! I have applied to an associate recruiter role, and it then said "Closed complete" and the positing was taken down and closed. The posting has came back up, but it tells me I am already submitted to this posting..is there anyway to reapply? Should I create another profile, is that against the rules? So I am anxiously waiting to hear back for some careers I have applied to with Southwest! I am wondering if my application says “Received submission” and before it goes into initial resume review, I change my resume in my profile..which resume will come with my application? The old one I originally had when submitting the application or the new updated one in my profile? Hope this makes sense! Hoping to be a CoHeart one day ! 🙂
