I've encountered tattooed customer service and gate agents, I can't imagine it being a problem unless they're offensive. I have visible tattoos, I work in Technology/Corporate.

I'm waiting for the same thing. My 30 days is tomorrow, I've uploaded all docs but still just seeing myself on the listing tool. I'm just using passes for my kid for now, luckily I started a few days before q2 ended so I got 2 passes.

Also, the law is that 3 days AFTER start date this must be complete, not before. I brought this up with my manager and was assured they wouldn't let this happen.

They recently transitioned the system to workday, like 2-3 weeks ago so any old profile will no longer be valid.

Hi, I had this issue when I started a few weeks ago. Up until the day onboarding I was still getting an error. They ended up having me fill out the actual paper during onboarding to submit to equifax. I got paid so I'm assuming it's all good. I'm in a corporate position.

Okay, so I got the email from the system that my background check is complete (form letter mail not personalised to me specifically). Then....?? Nothing. It says that my recruiter will be in contact, I've had a different recruiter for each of these steps so not really sure who. Is this what it was like for all recently hired cohearts? My current employer is asking me to take on new projects and I've been in limbo for so long now, not really sure what to think 🤷♀️😔

Hi, I received my CJO on 5/18 and have emails from Sterling that all is complete on their end. I'm still waiting to hear any kind of update on a start date and it's making me admittedly a little bit crazy. Anyone have any insight? This is for a position in Technology.
